Kolehiyo Ng Subic (KNS), under the visionary leadership of College President Dr. Rosely H. Agustin, proudly celebrates a historic milestone as it congratulates the first batch of graduates from the Government Employees Upgrading Program (GEEUP) of LGU-Subic. This achievement marks a powerful testament to perseverance, dedication, and the transformative impact of accessible education.

The pioneering graduates—Ricky Boy Coronel, Sunshine Delos Santos, Rosemarie Dimla, Ronald Icawat, Janet Masmila, Gerald Romanban, and Judelio Romanban,Ivan Alipio —have successfully completed the program while balancing their full-time responsibilities as public servants. Their accomplishment stands as an inspiring example of commitment to personal growth and public service excellence.

GEEUP, a flagship initiative of Kolehiyo Ng Subic developed under the Community Extension Services Office (CESO), was created to provide government employees the opportunity to pursue higher education without compromising their work schedules. Designed for those who work during the day and study in the evening, the program reflects the strong partnership between KNS and the Local Government Unit of Subic, led by Hon. Mayor Jonathan John F. Khonghun.

This first cohort represents more than individual success—they symbolize the realization of a vision to uplift and empower the local workforce. Their graduation is a testament to what is possible when passion, perseverance, and community support come together.

KNS extends its warmest congratulations to these trailblazers, whose success paves the way for future government employees to follow. Their journey reminds the community that education has no age limit, no barriers, and no boundaries when heart and determination lead the way.

To the first GEEUP graduates of LGU-Subic: Your hard work has opened doors not only for yourselves but for those who will be inspired to walk the same path. Congratulations on this remarkable achievement—your KNS family celebrates you!
