The Kolehiyo Ng Subic Family warmly congratulates Dr. Rosely H. Agustin as she took her oath as the Full Pledged College President of the institution. Dr. Rosely was known as one of the pioneers of KNS and signified her love for the college countless times by her dedication and hard work.

The appointing officer and also our Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Mayor Jonathan John F. Khonghun signified his trust and confidence that Dr. Agustin could perform her duties efficiently and effectively.
